Vba code to copy spacific data from Raw data sheet to output sheet

Hi excel guru,

In raw data sheet i have raw data and output sheet having output data i require a macro which can copy spacific data from Raw data sheet to output sheet.

It is strange, my original code has no asterisk in "Report this lead as a broker" string, but ExcelForum seemed add it.
