I have a process that is manual and I think it should be a VBA application to make it easier.

I have a group of cells

Pitcher:
Catcher ( 3 innings ):

In Excel

I would like to copy the Excel info and paste into a Note Pad.
1. Need to open "Note Pad"

I have a friend that has only a cell phone and can't open Excel files. He can read and edit a Note Pad message

So I was looking for a method of pressing a button and the Excel info is pasted into a Note Pad and saved.
2. Paste cells into Note Pad
3. Save file Name of Note Pad
