VBA to text to column delimited with criteria & conditions

Dear experts

I have set of data in sheet Master which downloaded as csv file i copy and paste into new workbook it seems copied to A columns cells contains long string

There are some values Clubs & hide in cells like
Header value is [Description in Service Retired Cost Retired Value Retired Sale Removal Cost Gain/Loss Number] in cell A
split Text to columns move like
A=Description B=in Service C=Retired D=Cost Retired E=Value Retired F=Sale G=Removal Cost H=Gain/Loss I=Number
Under Each Header delimit value as
A=8731990 - s.man B=01-FEB-2001 C=22-SEP-2015 D=3,914.00 E=0.00 F=0.00 G= 0.00 H= 0.00 I=952735802

there some value *Cost center total & *account total In A:A towards some amount split from D to H only
Cost Center 5195 Totals: 1,917,334.85 0.00 0.00 0.00 0.00
Account 16014 Totals: 1,917,334.85 0.00 0.00 0.00 0.00
result like
Cost Center 5195 Totals: D= 1,917,334.85 E=0.00 F= 0.00 G=0.00 H=0.00
Account 16014 Totals: D=1,917,334.85 E=0.00 F=0.00 G=0.00 H=0.00
