Email sending to the selected list

Hi,

I have attached a raw file.

I need to send emails to the "To" recipients mentioned in column E & Column F.

Subject: GE for "Items in column A"

Option: 1

We can insert checkbox in column I and need to send emails to the selected list by the user.

But i tried to insert checkbox using vba but it get delayed for huge lines like 10000 and above.

Option: 2

We can provide command button to each line to send emails. The user should click the command button to generate the email against item which they need.
