Symbols in Macro

Hi,

I am new to macros. I am wanting some help to create a macro to change the attached sheet in a few ways.

- Change '✓' to a 1
- Delete specific columns
- Delete blank rows (including those that have no data except the formula in AA).
- Change cells containing 1 to Green and those containing letter to red (I have done this with conditional formatting if that is easier).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
