Remove the duplicate rows based on columns A, I and N matching

Searched the forum and tested numerous posts and I failed.

So now I seek help!

I have attached an excel 2003 file showing before VBA applied on 1 sheet and the required result After VBA applied on the next sheet.

I only need the row to appear once, so if columns A, I and N match then the additional should be removed.

Hope this makes sense and thanks for any help
