Check for duplicate AND... (Two conditions duplicate check)

Hi all
I have found a variety of great macros to find and highlight duplicates within a range. What I am hoping to achieve is a macro that, upon locating duplicates within a name list in Col A, will check the same row in Col E (for both occurrences of the name) to see if either of those contain "SH" as part of it's string. When both of these conditions are met (the duplicate and the "SH") the Row containing "SH" should be highlighted.

I have attached a small sample file (in reality the list will be about 500 names long) to show what I am after.

Hoping someone can help me out with this as my eyes have become highlighted in red now.
