Toggle button to turn on/off a filter

Hello All,

I want to run a toggle button to turn on/off a code that hides the filter drop down for all columns but Name column. So if the button is TRUE I should only see the filter drop down for the name column. If FALSE I want to show ALL the filter drop downs in every column
