Button to create new checkboxes

Good morning, i came here to ask if theres any way i can possibly do the following, i have a user form with some checkboxes, and im curious if theres a way to create a button that creates new checkboxes in the program without having to do it manually in the vba everytime i have to add a new checkbox.

This is an example of how to create a checkbox with a button, but you have this problem of what do you want the checkbox to do if the user checks it?

basicly i have a userform, with 4 titles, that behing, International Messages, Nacional Messages, M2M Service, and M2M Roam, and they are all conected to subitems(the checkboxes) like for e.g "M2M Roam Spain", "M2M Roam German", wich are compared to the ones on the excel sheet to see if they exist, but the thing is the list is diferent each month, so im trying to make this button to save the trouble of having to create the checkboxes in vba everytime i need to add new ones each month

How will you know what the subitems are that you need to create checkboxes for?

What is supposed to happen when you check a box?
