To simplify text cell

Hello everybody ,

I would to know if possible in VBA to copy/past the table and to simplify a cell and arrange this one.

So, I have a cell with some line, and would like to keep just the two firts line and arrange this one like:

1 - initial cell:
[A]
12/02: test
10/02: test

2 - result cell:
[A] - 12/02: test
