Combine duplicate values into single Cell with different source data

Hi,

Check output sheet in the attached excel.

Need to combine data in column E (Our Item) with respect to the data in column A output should be in Column B (Concatenate item for MPN).

Need to combine data in Column E with respect to the data in column C output should be in column D (Concatenate Item for CPN).

Column E should be left as it is.
