We have a spreadsheet that presents student data in a variety of graphical ways. As a user, I go to one page and enter test score according to child's name and unit covered. The second page in the file contains a drop down list of all the children and when you select the child the data is presented showing trends, results etc. We would like these reports to give to parents etc.
Is there a way of getting Excel to print every child's report out automatically, rather than manually selecting 250 children and clicking print after each one?
I'm new to any kind of programming, so please be gentle - I'm keen but not very skilled as of yet.
