Is there any way to link to link one entire workbook with another excel workbook. For example if there are two excel files named File1 and File2.
Any change/data entered in file1 should reflect change in file2. Also any change/data entered in file2 should reflect in file1 (vice versa) ?

Please attach sample files with desired results... There are many ways to link like Vlookup and merely using "+" sign etc..

Thank you mangesh for the suggestion. The worksheet contains columns with customer and Seller name, products, price paid and due. Few cells contain basic formulas of addition and multiplication. And Sheet contains lot of such records. The desired result i am looking for is, when i enter data in first file, want the same to show up in file2. And any data entered in file2 to show up in file1. As my excel files contains customer information i cannot attach a sample. Linking each and every cell using + sign or using vlookup will not help me in this case as there are lot of records and few of which already have sum formulas.

I understand that your data is sensitive, but can you put some dummy data together, and show some before and after results?

Why not simply copy the whole file across using a worksheet deactivate macro

My choice would be Workbook_BeforeSave event but that if the other file isn't opened already...
