Data Mapping between 2 Workbooks

I am unable to find an easy way to map data from 1 book to another. I know little about VBA, mostly from the use of this forum.

Find a match between Workbook1 column b and c with Workbook2 column b and c starting with row 4. (b and c will match within the workbooks)
If a match is found copy workbook2 cells Q, R, S, T, U and paste in Q, R, S, T, U of workbook1.

The rows that no matches are found - highlight in workbook2.

Sheet1 is where the data is in both workbooks.
