Macro problem, update 2010 => 2013

Dear,

I use an excel file that uses macro's to update daily data and then create certain excel files with the new data according district. (6 excel files to be exactly who are updated daily thanks to the macro)

The first part is still working but the second part gets me an error sinds I got the update... The red part is the line where I get the error, this is when he tries to generate the first of the sic files.
