    Help with converting table fields into a new table based on cell blank or not blank

    HI, I need to create a new table that replicates the table I have, the thing is, I need the fields to be renamed to the correlated cell in column 1 for that row, if the cell is not blank. If it is blank, it should remain blank.

    Attached is an example.
