Assign macro on spin button on sheet (form control)

How do I assign a macro so that the up and down button work, I want to create a macro between 1 and 12, if the up button is clicked and the value reaches 12 the next number must be 1 and carry on, the same for the down button, once it reach 1 the next number must be 12 again and carry on. This is easy on a userform.
