I could be wrong but I doubt anyone is going to invest the time in building you are complete userform with code. In terms of getting you started, get your userform built on your own to the specifications you need and then submit the workbook, with data, and clearly describe what you would like to accomplish.

If this is too much for you, I would suggest consulting the paid section of this forum to see if anyone is willing to take on your project for a fee.
