Calculate Date & time based on the input in atextbox for different timezones in a userform

Hey Guys ,

Need help with a code im trying hard to get to work.

So what im looking for is when a user type's a value (date and time) in a textbox in (mm/dd/yyyy hh/mm) it converts the time to MST(my local time) based on the time differences in a column and populates the value in another textbox..in the same format

In my worksheet column BL has the time differences for customers from different countries in hh:mm..

this is a part of a larger database thats populating in a userform
Any ideas...
