On Click of button cell value should change

Hi,

I have a workbook with 2 sheets Data and Form.
Data Sheet has data in column 1
and Form sheet has a Form.

in the form sheet :
Cell B13 =Data!A3

I have a button in form sheet what i want is that if whenever i click on the button the value in B13 should change to the next value in the list in data spreadsheet in this case it should be =Data!A4. If i click again it should be =Data!A5 and so on. if the list ends that means if cell value = blank then display "ERROR list over".
