Macro to send worksheet via email automatically and find text instead of numbers

Happy New years Eve

I am learning Macros in Excel and i have found a macro that sends my worksheet via email automatically.
A mimic of Cntrl F ( found on this forum) in a cell

My questions

-How on the Cntrl F macro can i select it in another Cell but to find Text instead of numbers ? I also want the corresponding answer cell to highlight in another colour if that's even possible

- I want to make a macro that takes hidden information on another worksheet and directs you to the corresponding Value on the main workbook?

I have attached my spreadsheet but had to remove the headers but this is what i am working on
