Help with Punch Clock

So I think I got it all lined up - all I need now is someone who's willing to help me make the buttons actually work :D

Is it possible to get PUNCK IN and PUNCH OUT - to timestamp in the correct fields in DATA-sheet?
Scenario: Employee inserts his idnumber - punch in!
->vica versa

Would be genious if a popup could tell them they punched in/out!

Can the data/employee-sheets be prompted with a password before hidden/unhidden?

It's vital the workbook autosaves everytime someone either punches in or out!
