How can I delete any row in which column H does not contain the word "example"? The range in which I'm looking at is a table with headers and can vary in size. This data usually contains 50,000 + rows so looping would likely be too slow.

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.
Remember to desensitize the data.

Hi BVT3030,
Try this while on the sheet in question - though initially on a copy of your data as the results cannot be undone if they're not as expected:

All seemed to work but I went with jindon's since it was the most straight forward. Thanks all!
