Macro copying and inserting to another sheet in sort order

Hi
Being ignorant in VBA, I would like help creating a macro that would copy data which in column A are ="xyz" from sheet1 A:H and INSERT it (shift cells down) in sheet2 specific cell in sort order B,C,D and in sheet3 specific cell in sort order D,B,C.
