room booking macro = from form into table

hey guys! nice site. Already got a lot of help here just lurking around but now I have a question myself!

How it works, how it should work:
I have a form that the user can fill out (with normal data like times and room names) and after that, he or she can just press the complete button and it will insert all the data into a new worksheet with a raw data-table.
After the macro is done copying all the data from the form to the table the user can then add another room.

my problem:
My macro always copies the newest entry into the data table. So after the user clicks the complete button again, the data from the first room is all gone and the table in the data-worksheet only shows the newest entry. But TWICE! it makes the new line for the new data but it also overwrites the old data... =(

Can anyone help me? Or link me to a post / site with the same problem (i didn't find anything)
