Determine end of range and start formula according last used cell in other column

Hi All!!!

Maybe someone can help me with the below?
I have data in Column "C" and Column "B".

Column "C" contains less data then column "B". I would like to fill empty cells in Column "C" based of last used in row in Column "B". Amy ideas?

I've used the below to determine last used row in column "C". However i am not sure how to reference that cell and start filling formula Thanks!

You're welcome. Glad to help out and thanks for the feedback. You can place any formula you want. I don't think Column C would work (circular reference).

I am sorry, for example column B. How i can reference the first value which i want to look up from?
Let's say:
Column "B" = 10 filled rows
Column "C" = 5 filled rows
From row 6 I would like to lookup =vlookup(B6,....). How to reference B6?
