Increase time using spin button

Hi Guys,

I am trying to use a spin button to increase time in the format "hh:mm:ss".

The field will start at "00:00:01" and should not exceed "00:01:00".

I would like the value to be change by 1 second each time the spin button is clicked.

The linked field is H21, if that helps

There are 86400 seconds per day so the spinbutton should be min=1, max=59 then divide the reference cell by 86400 and format as time.
