Macro HELP!!!!! Find a name in one sheet and copy information to another

Hello Everybody,

I'm trying to figure out a way that in Column A on a sheet called "Summary" you look to match the name of each row to a a row found in the sheet called "Testing". Once a match is found in that specific row it will add up the values in Columns B,C,D on the "Testing" sheet and add that value to the value that is already in column B for that corresponding row on the Summary Page. Any suggestions. If it can be done with a regular formula that is fine as well. Please I need some help.
