listbox1 listing some values

when i select anything on that listbox1. eg.... nb2
that time i need to populate the similar column values only on listbox2

It is not at all clear what you want in listbox2. What does "populate the similar column values" mean?
It would be very helpful if you attach a file with sample data showing the result you want.

Herewith i attach the sample file
in the alloctor sheet i need a user form
its need to load staff details list box (getting data from staff details sheet)
when i entered duty in that user form to purticular person that time allocation sheet that similar person names cell colur need to change yellow
Actually in my department i have 400 persons work on per day..
Which person where they work we did't find.
now we print a page and tick personally... than we put attendance... than we make one month consolidate for monthly salary
So many salary problem.. please help me guys only two shifts available ... morning 7 to 5.30 pm, eveneing 5.30 Pm to 7A.M

What is the use of sheet "allocation" ?
Can you give a detail example and better prepare a new sheet showing how the user form is.

everybody should allocate on one permanent place.
If incase he / she take leave. That time we need a reliever on that place.
In My allocation software use is..... when the worker is come on morning i put duty. that time on my allocation page similar name cell colur change to yellow.
that time only i know that place man power ok..... when its not change that time i provide reliever to that place.
