could any one help me to make animated background in excel

You can't make backgrounds in excel, you would need to have an image to use, or create one in a suitable application.

See this page http://www.launchexcel.com/background-images/ for instructions how to change the background in excel.

I don't think that you can have an animated background though, just an image, the same as you would on your desktop.
