I looks like the original code treats each column separately, if you enter 2/4/15 as the date in the original code, you can see the notes get offset in the log sheet.

It does seem to maintain row integrity now, but it is filling the same row in the log sheet as the original, rather than the next available row. Leaving empty rows in the log sheet. Additionally if I change the data in the existing sheet it will overwrite data in the log sheet..
