Multiple values in single cell (known column) split into rows with duplicate information

I need to separate multiple values separated by a pipe in a single cell in column J into individual rows. I also need that the data in the adjacent columns of the original cell also to be repeated in the new rows. My data set is large 5000+ rows.

I had some issues with the above code but was able to solve my issue by installing the text to row add-in (by Cain Hill). I do not think I am allowed to link to it. It worked wonders. Thanks for your help! Again, I apologize for coming off as a jerk.
