I have working code but it is very slow .. I will attach just a sample of data (the original data is too large)
The results should be in Sheets("Rank") ..In ranges("D10:D28") & ("I10:I28") & ("N10:N28") & ("S10:S28")

Hi,
Why are you complicating this analysis with a UDF when it seems that a Pivot table will give you the analysis you want in a few seconds.
