Macro to insert "Total" name for each territory

I have data like in Column A an B. I need a macro which will insert new row after each territory and does =SUM for that territory.
I need to get data like in Column D and E.

    Some suggestions?

    Thank you in advance.

Re: Macro to insert "Total" name for each territory

Maybe, I was wrong a little bit in explanation. I need data in Column A and B, Column D and E I've put just to show how it should be. Therefore, I need to insert that rows in column A and B, and if it's possible to be a bold.
    Thank you very much.

The first one Macro works excellent, I just need only to be a BOLD :D
