Assigning (Setting) a table to a variable

What am I doing wrong here?
tblMainInput is an Excel table via Insert:Table

I get a Runtime error 13
Type Mismatch

I suspect what I've set up is a range object, but then, how would I change it to be a ListObject ummmm, object?

If you want to load in to array-dog. You need to change the table name from SalesData16 to your table name
