Visual artifacts appearing once macro runs.

Hi all.
I am having the weirdest issue with a spreadsheet I am putting together (attached below). I have a macro (running from the button "move to copm") that moves from one worksheet (goals) to the second sheet ("COPM") and copies across some text (the top five goals). This works fine, the problem I have is when you move back to the goal sheet and make any changes to the goals (e.g change the type or goal description) , ghost images (I think they are called artefacts) from the "COPM" sheet appear. These images vanish if the cells they are on are changed or they are removed from the screen (so by scrolling down or changing sheet). A few things I have already tried:
The issue seems to only occur once the move to" COPM" macro has been activated however the issue then occurs even if macros are not running (by causing a break)
I have disabled graphical acceleration as recommended by googling- this doesn't seem to help
It doesn't just seem to be a issue on one PC- I have tried it on another of the offices PC
I am completely lost with this, any help you could give me would be wonderful
