Join several .xlsx in a single Excel Master

Hi people.

I have several Excel files of two languages (PT and ES).
I need to find a way of joining in a single Excel, all files.
In which a flap have all ES files and another tab have all PT files.

Can you help me please?

I will attach a PT file and other ES and Excel Master where I want to join the EXCEL files.
The File that has the "Portuguese" flap with "PT" in the name is the one that want to import in Excel Master and the flap "Translate ES" file with "ES" in the name is the one that I want to appear in Excel Master.
