Inserting email message in macro

I am working on a project where we take a spreadsheet of data, and parse out. Individual spreadsheets are sent to local admins with an email message.

I have a macro set up that takes the individual spreadsheets, has the admin's email address as well. But cannot get the email message to appear on the individual.

Here is the macro. The email is an example of one of the admins. I have also attached the spreadsheet, list of local admins, and email message.
