Pivot Related grouping issue

Dear Expert,

I am wondering if its possible to create pivot styled grouping of objects without using pivot tables. I am trying to create a report with an ability to drill down like the pivot table drill down but i dont want to use pivot tables. See the output sheet for a sample of the grouping
