Find and Select Text and Delete partial row

Hi guys,

I have a table that looks like this:

J5	Delete	52
G6	Hera	15
B4	Afrodite	42
M4	Delete	41
W1	Apolo	33

I want to delete the row and move up (from colum A to C) where there is "Delete" on column B.
I can't delete the entire row because I have other data on the side of it.
