Writing a word e.g. begin will trigger an action to happen

So I am writing instructions on my excel project so people who test it will know how to use it quite well. I am looking to make it quite interactive so users feel at ease.

For example, if users type in a box 'ready' then a message will pop up saying Ok lets start.
Or say for example a user types begin THEN the next step will automatically sure.
And then if they type I got it. The next bunch of steps will automatically appear. So the idea is for it to be interactive.

Also if one of the instructions say, "In sheet 3 increasing the number of people will increase the number of forks". And then the user types ready to test. Then it would take them to sheet 3 automatically and the cell that they are supposed to change will be highlighted.

If anyone can help with this maybe provide a basic work book demonstrating all the features above .

Also I am facing this issue

Here is my code below. In Lines 4-6 i am trying to make a textbox visible if the word Start is typed in cell E14. And invisible if nothing is typed
but i get this error Code says run time error 424 Object required
