Copy Data of today's date from cell and pasting it into another workbook

Hi Everybody,

Please help me to have a macro for the below procedure;

let me explain, In office i daily get reports from different clients log wise; for which i need to open each client log report excel sheet and copy today's date date from that report and paste in other workbook all today's date data. Sometime I have to copy next date data from that report and paste in other workbook or sometime next to next date date from that report and paste in other workbook. Could you please help me to have macro without opening all client log and directly pasting in other workbook date wise. I have attached sample excel report for you reference. Thank you sir

A couple conditions need to be set up first,

'null 1) the documents need to have a set name,
2) be always located in the same directory
3) you mentioned the dates are different some days?

Its super easy providing all documents that need this date are the same and are always located in the same directory. Even if there 50 of them. just those top 2 items must always be the same. The would card is the random date thing . . it doesn't make sense to add a msgbox input for the date you want to have but maybe you could clarify a little more about the back log of dates ?

what you are looking to do is essentially import everything from multiple sheets into one collective sheet?

Here and I don't know where to start as i am don't know in detail about VBA... I'm trying to set up a macro when data is pasted to a BOOK1.xls worksheet tab it will automatically copy from book3.xls and paste data to another sheet i.e book1.xls based on the month value i.e today dateUntitled.png.
