Production Scheduling Help

Hey all,

I'm trying to create a file that takes a weekly production amount and automatically schedules it across user-specified weeks. I have no idea if this is possible, but I was wondering if anyone here might have some ideas.

In the table marked "Desired Result", I've typed in what I would want this program to automatically do. Any thoughts?
