Consolidate

Simple method you can code using the macro recorder:

Select all cells of sheet1, copy to range("A1") of sheet3.
Select all cells of sheet2 after row 1, copy to next empty row of sheet3 (to find the 1st empty row use: range("Sheet3!A1048000").end(xlup).row +1)
sort sheet3

simples.
