Tables comparison along with rows comparison and mismatch rectified with color notificatio

Please find attached my file. Table 1 is my main, table 2 is my table with incorrect entries, In table 3 I want correct entries to be filled. I want to tally all columns of my table to be verified to retrieve the correct information.
