2 Column UserForm ListBox To be Filtered by either Column A or Column B TextBox entries

I currently have this code (see below and in the attached) for a UserForm with a TextBox, Listbox and two Command Buttons.
When I start typing into the TextBox it'll start filtering the list in the ListBox.

What I would like though is that the ListBox is populated with Column A and B (2 Column ListBox) and that I can use
the TextBox for filtering by either Column A or Column B values typed into it.
