Use Excel as a list to search files for string

I have an Excel file with usernames in column B. I would like to start on B2 (B1 is the header), and search all files in a directory for that name (including all sub directories and files). If that name does not exist, then make the font face red. I'd like for it to keep searching until it reaches the end of the file.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
