Compare two different Day Wise Production Plan

Dear Experts,

I need your help on below query.

Basically I would like to compare two different production plans with respect to Delivered Qty as per initial plan and New Revised Plan with all the changes.

Please open the attachment,

In “Plan as on 25 Sep 2015” worksheet, product wise there is a day wise delivery plan available.

In the same worksheet Column AG, against each product how much qty is been delivered from 25 Sep 2015 to Till 4 Oct 2015 is been entered.

Now, please move on to next worksheet that is “Plan as on 04 Oct 2015”. This new plan which is been received as latest.

In the comparison sheet I would need an output as below!

Ex: Product 1, against 25 Sep 2015 plan we have produced 2380 Pieces (Till 5 Oct whatever planned i.e. 2200 Pieces and from 6 Oct 2015 180 is been delivered).

Hence, Comparison output should be as shown in the comparison worksheet. Like

1. Till 5 Oct 2015 whatever we had planned originally is been delivered, So Till 5 Oct there is no short fall

2. On 6 Oct 2015 against the plan of 380, only 180 is been delivered and 200 Pieces yet to deliver same is been not reflected in the latest schedule. Hence it has to highlight is -200 in comparison worksheet

3. In 25 Oct 2015 plan 630# was committed on 11 Oct 2015 and in the new schedule i.e. on 4 Oct 2015 it is been increased as 650#. Hence it has to highlight as +20 in comparison worksheet

4. In 25 Oct 2015 plan 770# was committed on 13 Oct 2015 and in the new schedule i.e. on 4 Oct 2015 it is been decreased as 720#. Hence it has to highlight as -50 in the comparison worksheet.

Your valuable suggestion via Formula or VBA is really appreciated!
