Formatting and referring to secondary Workbook

Hello All,

Here's the problem: I have one main workbook called Recon0110 (this part changes everyday). I want a macro that will open three other Excel sheets, reformat some of the columns and finally will take certain sections from each and paste them into my original Recon0110.

So far I have:

This reformats my original fine and opens the secondary Workbooks("Cadet") just fine, but it will not format Workbooks("Cadet") as per the Autofit and Numerical formating.

I hope once I get this fixed I should be able to do the same with my other two workbooks that I will need to format similarly.
