Overflow Error 6 when selecting HOUR from combobox list

Hello I have a user form where the user can select an hour from a drop down list (combobox), when it's selected the hour is placed with no problem, now I run the same userform in a different computer and I get an Overflow Error 6 on this line.

I have tried to change the code for formatting HOUR changed it to the event CHANGE, AfterUpdate, Initialize and nothing seems to work, I checked the references and everything is the same in both computers.
